www.mysoda.gr is the online shop for displaying and selling products over the Internet of the Greek company:

Before you enter the online shop and browse our website, please read the terms and conditions below. Any transaction made through www.mysoda.gr means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

This English text is a translation for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Greek version prevails.

2. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

MEYOUAWESOME SOLE SHAREHOLDER P.C. reserves the right to change or renew these terms and the conditions of transactions made through the online shop at its own discretion. The company undertakes to inform users of any changes through this website. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.

3. INFORMATION & PRODUCTS

MEYOUAWESOME SOLE SHAREHOLDER P.C. stands behind the completeness and accuracy of the information on www.mysoda.gr, both for the essential characteristics of each product and for the details of the services offered, subject to any technical or typographical errors that slipped through unintentionally or arose from interruptions due to force majeure.

In our online shop you can find sparkling water makers, carbon dioxide cylinders, carrying cases and packaging, natural fruit flavours and fruit concentrates for making sparkling drinks.

The company makes every effort to provide high-quality services, but errors in prices or product details cannot be ruled out. If you notice that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price compared with its market value, please contact us before you place your order.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MEYOUAWESOME SOLE SHAREHOLDER P.C. guarantees that consumers will be informed in good time if a product is unavailable. The online shop is not liable for technical problems that users encounter when accessing the website and that relate to the operation or compatibility of their own equipment. The company also bears no liability for acts or omissions of third parties, in particular unauthorised interference by third parties with the products, services or information offered through the website.

5. ORDER PROCESS

After you place your order, you receive an automatic email with its details. Once our online sales team has processed the order, you receive a second confirmation email listing the products we will send you. From that point the contract between us is concluded.

Before you finally submit your order, you can check and correct any errors in your details or in the products you selected, by changing the contents of your cart or your shipping and billing details before you press the button that completes the order.

As your order progresses, you receive automatic emails about its status. These updates are necessary for your order to proceed correctly and cannot be switched off. If you do not receive them, please let us know without delay.

6. PAYMENT METHODS / TRANSACTION SECURITY

Credit / Debit Card

The online shop accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Card payments go through a secure, encrypted connection. For company orders, the card must be a company card.

Recognising the importance of secure online payments, EveryPay is a Payment Institution licensed by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018, Government Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018) and handles card payment data securely, in line with the regulatory framework for card transaction security. EveryPay is certified under the card transaction security standard (PCI DSS) and undergoes regular audits by a specialised consulting firm. All EveryPay services run over secure connections with 256-bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports 3D Secure, an additional security layer for VISA & MasterCard cards. The payer then enters a personal secret code to complete the transaction.

Cash on Delivery

Payment on delivery at your address. This method applies throughout Greece, provided the parcel does not exceed 2.5 kg. Cash on delivery carries an extra charge of €2, which the customer pays, and the courier collects the payment on delivery.

Store Pickup

At the final step of your order, choose "Pickup" and then our shop in Kalamaria. If the order is placed by 15:00 and the products are in stock, they will be at the shop the next working day. You pay at the till on collection. If you pay by card, the card is charged when you order.

Note

Under current Greek tax rules, invoices over €500 (incl. VAT) to private individuals and over €1,000 (incl. VAT) to businesses can only be paid by bank transfer or card.

Prices are the same in the online shop and in our shop in Kalamaria.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days from order confirmation, throughout Greece. In any case, delivery does not exceed 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. Products marked "Pre-order", "Coming soon" or "Made to order" are an exception, and we inform you about them separately.

Shipping Costs

• Courier delivery: €2.90.
• Free courier delivery for orders of €90 or more.
• Store pickup: free.

MEYOUAWESOME SOLE SHAREHOLDER P.C. hands the products to partner courier companies on the next working day, and they deliver them to the customer.

Order Delays

Your order may be delayed in the following cases:

• Supplier delay: If a product is delayed (for example by customs or transport), we contact you to ask whether you want delivery without that product, or we suggest an alternative.
• Extreme weather, strikes or force majeure that may affect transport.
• Inability to reach you because your contact details are out of date.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Under Greek Law 2251/1994, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, let us know in writing at info@mysoda.gr or by phone at +30 2311 181 181.

Return Process

• When you withdraw, you must return the product in its original condition within 14 calendar days.
• The company must refund the amounts you paid within 14 calendar days of being informed of the withdrawal.
• Products must come with the necessary supporting documents and proof of receipt.
• The customer pays the cost of returning the products.
• Refunds do not include any original shipping costs above the cost of the standard postal service.

Exceptions to Withdrawal

You have no right of withdrawal, among others, in the following cases (article 3ιβ of Law 2251/1994):

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Products that, after delivery, are mixed with other goods in a way that makes them impossible to separate.
• Any other case provided for by law.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

Without limiting the right of withdrawal:

• Before completion: You can remove products from your cart during the order process.
• After completion, before dispatch: Call us on +30 2311 181 181 to cancel.
• After receipt: Contact us on +30 2311 181 181 or at info@mysoda.gr.
• For an invoiced order: Contact Customer Service on +30 2311 181 181 with your order details.

10. SUPPLIER LIABILITY & WARRANTY – SELLER LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS

The producer of each product is liable for any damage caused by a defect in it. Any agreement limiting or excluding the producer's liability is void. Claims against the producer expire three years after the injured party learned of the damage, the defect and the producer's identity. Rights lapse ten years after the product was put on the market.

Every durable consumer product comes with the written warranty of the manufacturer or importer (the "Supplier"). The warranty must state in Greek: the name and address of the guarantor, the product, the content, the duration and the territorial scope.

If a defect appears while the warranty is valid and the Supplier refuses the repair or delays it beyond the necessary time, you are entitled to a replacement or to withdraw. If the repair takes more than 15 working days, you are entitled to a temporary replacement.

Beyond the warranty, the Supplier must ensure continuous technical service and spare parts for the whole likely lifetime of the product.

As the seller, MEYOUAWESOME SOLE SHAREHOLDER P.C. has the obligations of the Greek Civil Code towards you. If a product is defective, you can:

• Ask for free repair or replacement (unless this is impossible or disproportionate)
• Ask for a price reduction
• Withdraw from the contract (unless the defect is minor)

These claims expire after two years.

11. TRANSACTION SECURITY

Customer Identification

You access your account with a login (email or username) and a personal password. You alone are responsible for keeping your login details secret. If they are lost or leaked, let us know immediately. We recommend that you change your password regularly and use a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.

Encryption & Security

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (SSL). Shopify provides and maintains the platform.

Transaction Confidentiality

All information you send us is confidential. Only authorised employees can access your transaction details, and only when necessary. The company does not disclose customer or transaction details unless you give written authorisation or a court or administrative decision requires it.

12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

When you visit www.mysoda.gr, we may ask you for personal details (first name, last name, email, shipping address etc.) to process orders or provide services.

We keep personal data only for purposes related to your transactions, improving our services and keeping the site running, and we do not disclose it to third parties beyond what the law requires. In exceptional cases, we may share details with partner businesses to complete a transaction, always under the conditions of lawful processing.

Only specific employees have access to your personal data, and access by unauthorised persons is forbidden.

At any time you have the rights to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019. For any request or question, contact us at info@mysoda.gr.

13. NEWSLETTERS

MEYOUAWESOME SOLE SHAREHOLDER P.C. sends newsletters only if you explicitly choose to receive them, and for as long as you wish.

If you no longer want to receive newsletters, you can tell us at info@mysoda.gr or use the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter.

The company is not responsible if newsletters do not reach their destination (for example because of spam filters).

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content of www.mysoda.gr (images, graphics, photos, designs, texts, services and products) is the intellectual property of MEYOUAWESOME SOLE SHAREHOLDER P.C. and is protected by Greek, European and international law. Names, logos and distinctive marks are protected by the relevant trademark and unfair competition laws. Their appearance on the site does not transfer or grant any licence to use them.

15. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users of www.mysoda.gr agree not to use the website or the online shop to send, publish or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive or defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights or the privacy of others, contains malicious software, or breaks Greek or European law.

16. PRODUCT REVIEWS

By submitting a review or product presentation on www.mysoda.gr, you agree that:

• The content is your own work.
• It contains no abusive, religious or racist comments or insults.
• It concerns only the product and is not misleading.
• It contains no personal details of others, links or malicious websites.
• You do not post several identical reviews.
• Greek written in Latin letters ("greeklish") is not allowed.

You give the company full rights to use, edit, copy, publish or delete the material. The company reserves the right to remove or reject reviews that break these terms. You alone are responsible for what you write.

17. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have a dispute about a purchase made through www.mysoda.gr, you can contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or other recognised alternative dispute resolution bodies.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction over any dispute.
