It is simple to use:

1. Fill the carbonating bottle up to the line with cold water, from the fridge or the tap. The colder the water, the better it absorbs carbon dioxide (CO2) and the less gas you use.
2. Lock the carbonating cap onto the machine.
3. Press and hold the button on top of the machine for about 2-3 seconds. The longer you hold it, the fizzier the drink.
4. Press the blue button on top of the carbonating bottle to release the excess carbon dioxide. The bottle will not open without this step.
5. Unlock the carbonating cap and fill your glass.

No. The machine works only with the pressure of the CO2 cylinder. The only thing you change from time to time is the cylinder, when it runs out.

Yes. The only limit is drinks with pulp, such as orange juice with pulp. Very thick drinks may need more gas if they are not cold. The ideal temperature is 8 to 10 degrees Celsius, the temperature of your fridge.

One cylinder makes up to 60 litres of sparkling drinks. With the €12 refill, that is from €0.20 per litre.

Refill the empty cylinder. Choose the refill on the page of the CO2 cylinder (€12) or the Quick Connect cylinder (€16).

With courier delivery, the courier brings you the full cylinder and takes the empty one. You can also exchange it at our shop in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, after arranging a time with us on 2311 181 181.

The screw-in cylinder screws into the machine and fits the MySoda BubbleMate, SodaStream Spirit, Jet, Genesis, Power, Source, One Touch, Fizzi, Aqua Fizz, Fountain, Penguin, as well as Aarke, Philips, Mysoda, Drinkmate and Sodapop. Refill 12€.

The Quick Connect cylinder has a pink ring on the valve and clicks in without screwing. It fits SodaStream Art, Terra, E-Terra, Duo, E-Duo, Gaia and Enso. Refill 16€.

Yes. We accept original SodaStream cylinders and cylinders of the same type from other makers, in good condition, as long as at least 2 years remain until the cylinder's next mandatory inspection. If your cylinder has less time left, you need a new cylinder.

Every CO2 cylinder must be inspected every 10 years. The date is stamped into the metal at the top of the cylinder, near the valve, usually as month/year (e.g. 05/19). If there are several dates, the most recent one counts. Add 10 years and you will see how long it is valid.

Yes, so you never run out of fizz. The extra CO2 cylinder costs €35 and the extra Quick Connect cylinder €39.

Yes. Cylinders are filled at our premises or at authorised points with food-grade carbon dioxide that is safe for home use and consumption, in line with Greek and European law.

Courier delivery costs €2.90. Orders of €90 or more ship for free. Pickup from our shop is always free.

Within 1 to 3 working days from order confirmation, anywhere in Greece.

Yes, for free, from our shop at Dionysiou Solomou 26, 55134 Kalamaria. Choose "Pickup" at checkout. Your order is usually ready within 24 hours and we let you know by email. Before you come, please call us on 2311 181 181 to arrange a time.
