In Thessaloniki? You can also exchange in person in Kalamaria, after arranging a time with us on 2311 181 181.
Which cylinders we accept for exchange
We accept original SodaStream cylinders and cylinders of the same type from other makers, in good condition. Every CO2 cylinder must be inspected every 10 years, so what matters is how long is left until its next inspection:
- 2 years or more: normal exchange, no extra charge.
- Less than 2 years, or expired: we cannot accept it. In that case you need a new cylinder.
Where to find the date: it is stamped into the metal at the top of the cylinder, near the valve, usually as month/year (e.g. 05/19). If there are several dates, the most recent one counts. Add 10 years and you will see how long it is valid.
If the cylinder we collect has less than 2 years left, we will contact you to find a solution together.
Not sure about your cylinder?
